SHIPPING

We ship NZ-wide. Most orders take 7-14 business days from order to door, fully tracked.

- Standard shipping: $9.50 NZD nationwide
- Rural delivery: $15 NZD
- Free shipping on orders over $150 NZD

Once your order ships you'll get a tracking link via email.

If you need it urgent, message us before ordering. Some items have express options at extra cost.

RETURNS

30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. To start a return, email hello@trayrig.co.nz with your order number.

The buyer covers the return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wasn't as described, in which case we cover it.

Refunds process within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.

We don't accept returns on:
- Items that have been fitted, installed, or used
- Items missing original packaging
- Wired electrical items where the seal has been broken
